Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Return Policy | Shewonz Biocares Pvt. Ltd.

Returns (In Compliance with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020)

We accept returns only in cases where:

  • The product is defective
  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product is damaged upon delivery

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original sealed packaging
  • Include invoice

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to Shewonz
