1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India and aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 4–6 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
Please note that during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen events (like natural disasters or political unrest), delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
2. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12 PM IST on business days (Monday to Saturday) will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS after your order is successfully placed. Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS to help you monitor the status of your delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may be applied based on the destination and order value.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes and subject to serviceability by our courier partners. A small fee may apply to COD orders, which will be visible at checkout. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain accounts based on order history or regional logistics limitations.
5. International Shipping
Currently, Shewonz does not support international shipping. We only deliver within India. However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics capabilities to cater to our international customers soon.
6. Delays in Delivery
While we work with reputed courier partners to ensure prompt deliveries, delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Transportation strikes or regional lockdowns
- Incorrect/incomplete address or contact details
- Operational backlogs during sales or festive seasons
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately with your Order ID so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Delivery Address & Contact Information
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and email provided at the time of placing the order are accurate and complete. Shewonz will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Undelivered Orders & Reattempts
In case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will typically make 2–3 reattempts. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website or through your account on our website under My Orders.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, kindly contact our support team.
