1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required for all returns.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned unless there is a quality or defect issue reported and validated.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Approved returns due to product defect, damage, or incorrect delivery.
- Order cancellations (as per cancellation terms below).
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of return pickup or approval confirmation.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), return shipping must be borne by the customer and refund eligibility will be at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
